Not much to say, i just wanted to draw and color something quick and this is what i came up with, i may come back and redo it and put alot more into it.

so please dont bite my head off to hard about the mistakes, i already know most of em, esepecially the hair.

other than that, enjoy =D

This is really awesome for something fast! The shading on the skin is so beautiful, and I love the beauty and power of the pose.

The hair doesn't look too bad, and the eyes are so intense ^_^

Did you use a reference? That hand is just so cool.

yeah i had a refrenence going for this, there no other way i could actually draw hands so well -_-

one day i may sit down and redraw this picutre, give it more justice. just right now i am jsut so unsure if its taht good or not.

and the eyes are freakin awesome =D i had fun with them.

Using reference is important. It teaches you how life works. Slowly you remember more and more, and need the reference less and less.

I'd worry less about re-drawing things than moving ahead and trying something else. You can get stuck forever trying to perfect one thing, and never get anything else done. Maybe come back and draw this image again from scratch some day, if it still haunts and inspires you ^_^
